Mission
A Visual Storyteller
There are many reasons why I love photography but I will name a few. It is not as easy as picking up a camera and pressing a button. There are many technical aspects that go into creating a strong image. You get into the thought process of being a storyteller and how to get that story across. You can visualize what an image would look like from different angles and textures before you even take the picture and how to execute the mood or emotion of the story. The world looks different every single day so the possibilities are endless. There is beauty in withering flowers and stormy days as well as sunny days and trees. You just have to look a little closer.
One photograph has the power to be interpreted in thousands of different ways. Each person can take it in their own perspective and what it means to them. I find that incredible and so intriguing. It can remind people of experiences they have been through or memories they have made in the past. When you finally get the perfect shot, it makes you happy and you feel like you've accomplished so much.
